feeling the love

Probably the single best thing about starting my blog and my business have been meeting the most incredibly amazing people ever. Seriously, this online community is so willing to help and share and promote each other, and I have no idea what I would have done without it. In the last week or so Ladybird Likes has been featured on some wonderful blogs and websites, so I wanted to share links here to return the love they've shown for me.

I met the wonderful ladies behind Stuffed Nonsense at the Crafty Fox Market a few months ago - they make the cutest stitched creatures, and I obviously had to treat myself to a Human Bean which lives above my desk and acts as my lucky mascot. Bex and El, who run the company, were kind enough to include one of my camera brooches in their 'Ode to Cameras' blog post.

Nik from Little House in Town was gifted a Ladybird Likes Butterly Necklace for her birthday and kindly blogged about it and even included a photo of herself wearing it. Seeing people wearing my things is definitely one of the best feelings in the world!

Kate from Goodnight Prudence blogged her Etsy wishlist, which is full of gorgeous things, and she included one of my butterfly necklaces in there! I'm honoured to have one of my pieces next to such wonderful handmade things.

Random Quirks have a weekly blog feature called Feature Friday, where they blog about one of their favourite Etsy sellers, and last Friday Ladybird Likes was chosen! It really made my day to have a whole blog post written about little old me!

And lastly, but by no means least, I was mentioned in Pincurls and Pout's write up of the Pop Up Vintage Fair in Hampstead. They said, and I quote;

 "We managed to drag ourselves away and as we walked down the aisle not knowing where to look, we spotted a lovely new stall with lace, vintage stamps, original necklaces and wooden brooches. Pin up girls, cameras, potion bottles and keys were just some of the accessories on offer from Ladybird Likes. We purchased a moustache on a stick and a moustache necklace for mini Betsy who has just turned 12. Perfect."

So yeah, I'm feeling pretty overwhelmed with love right now. Thanks to everyone who has featured me on their blog or website, and a huge thank you to every single person who reads this blog and comments on it. I have so much love for you all!
