1. gold eyeshadow - I only ever wear black gel eyeliner, but this eye make up at Anna Sui just might have swayed me... // 2. this beautiful dress from Mod Cloth is on my birthday wishlist now // 3. contemplating a new tattoo.... I'm drawn to arrows right now, so maybe this could be next on my list?
4. how on earth did I not know about the Bortle scale before? it measures how dark or bright the night sky and the stars are in a particular location. I want to move somewhere with an 'excellent dark sky site' rating! // 5. I adore these lady ties (I first saw them over on The Dainty Squid) but I think this galaxy one might be my absolute favourite - sadly it seems to be sold out waaaa!) // 6. a space nightlight. I mean, what more could anyone ask for in life?
Regarding the Bortle sacel - my grandparents have a house in France and it is in the middle of no where, its beautiful. If you're out in the courtyard in the middle of the night you can't even see your hand in front of your face its that dark. I remember my dad pointing out all the stars to me when we sat out there one night and it was absolutly mind blowing! xxx
