last week I made the short trip from London to Brighton to visit some potential stockists there, and decided to make a day of it as a reward for working so hard the last few weeks. I took my camera with me and spent the day wandering the streets, snapping away, then sitting down on the beach as the sun went down, eating chips and soaking up the wonderful feeling of being still and quiet.
it's physically impossible for me to walk past a candy-coloured building and not take a photo
look at that view and that sky - that's why I love Brighton so much
obligatory 'tourist' photo of a seagull (even though I see more seagulls in London than in Brighton!)
obligatory 'tourist' photo of my obligatory bag of chips on the beach
loved wandering around these gardens taking photos of the architecture
reflections of a pretty building in the window of another pretty building
love love love the colours painted on the floor here
This is a great set of photos! I have never been to brighton and its somewhere i really want to visit :) x

ReplyDeleteawhhh im glad you loved it here :-) It's so great for escapism! xxx
ReplyDeleteI've still never been to Brighton. I have absolutely no excuse either! How long does it take on the train from London? I'm only an hour and a bit from London on the train, so maybe it's not quite as unfeasible as I thought...

Brighton is one of my favourite places! You've really captured it's 'bubblegum' side here! So cute :)
