etsy finds - featured seller

Last night was slightly surreal - I checked my emails to find a ton of new people adding me to their etsy circles, plus three orders. I didn't think too much of it, until I checked my Etsy shop stats and realised in the last few hours my shop had been viewed over 1500 times! I did some investigating and realised I had been featured in the Etsy finds email newsletter! Rebecca from Dyfal Donc was kind enough to forward the email to me so I've popped a screengrab below - the theme was 'illustration is not just for your walls' and they featured on of my fashion lady wooden brooches which are made using illustrations from vintage sewing patterns.

 My etsy shop stats went off the charts crazy and I had to get a screenshot to keep - it's kind of hard to see but trust me when I say I had the best day in my shop since opening, in terms of views, favourites, and sales! I find it mental that you can get so much traffic from being in one newsletter, but I'm very grateful!

Yet another thing to add to my list of business firsts - the first time I have been featured in an Etsy email. I hope it's the first of many (not trying to be greedy, but I could use a boost in business like that every few months!)
